Here’s a boilerplate program that can be fully customized to align with a bespoke launch or growth strategy:
The first eight sessions of the program take place weekly and can be customized in both order and topics to align with the specific needs of your startup. This individualized approach allows us to replace less relevant sessions with tailored ones that focus on critical areas such as leadership, team management, and operations to help you scale faster.
After these initial two months of weekly sessions in the NextUp Pre-Launch, Scale, or SPIN Labs program, we will hold 2-4 bi-weekly sessions over the following 1-2 months, concentrating on building progress quickly after the transformative 8-week intensive setting a strong foundation. We’re committed to supporting you for up to 12 months as you prepare for launch or scale (depending on the program).
If needed, after the bi-weekly sessions, we’ll transition to monthly check-ins to ensure you remain on track for a successful launch while providing ongoing advisory support. In between these sessions, you can easily schedule additional time with our team for any specific assistance your venture requires.
