Aasim Kamruddin is a Business Administration student at the University of Florida, concentrating in Management and Entrepreneurship. He currently serves as an Associate at LvlUp Ventures, where he supports the investment pipeline through market research, due diligence, and founder engagement across early-stage AI and consumer-focused startups.
Aasim is a founder-turned-investor with hands-on experience in entrepreneurship, product development, and early-stage strategy. He is the Co-Founder of Body Pixel, a health-tech and e-commerce company that developed both consumer hardware and mobile software. He has also built DTC businesses in retail and logistics, giving him practical insight into product-market fit, go-to-market strategy, and customer experience.
Before joining LvlUp, Aasim gained experience across venture capital and finance, supporting investment research, deal evaluation, and strategic planning. At the University of Florida, he has developed a strong foundation in business principles, leadership, and innovation, which complements his passion for entrepreneurship and investing. Aasim brings a founder-first lens to early-stage investing and is particularly interested in exploring how emerging technologies can reshape everyday experiences.
Aaron Good is a Computer Science and Neuroscience student at Occidental College, currently serving as an Associate at LvlUp Ventures. With a background spanning software, life sciences, and consumer tech, he helps founders navigate emerging technologies and bring ambitious ideas to life. With hands-on startup experience in MedTech R&D and optical systems, plus previous work at a startup incubator, he brings both technical depth and business acumen to identifying breakthrough startups across AI, consumer, and deep tech sectors.
Aaron serves in leadership roles as a Board Member of Occidental's Blyth Fund, a student-managed investment fund, and as President of Oxy's Persuasion debate club. He also helps lead Oxypreneurship—Oxy's premier hub for startup initiatives on campus. Aaron is an avid consumer of Science Fiction and Fantasy, the ancient Chinese board game Go, and can often be found in the rock climbing gym.
Hailing from Jaipur, India, Thira Kothari '26 (she/her) is deeply interested in the intersection of finance and public policy, with a particular focus on venture capital’s potential to create more inclusive financial markets. Her academic pursuits also include economic policymaking and behavioral economics. Outside the classroom, Thira is an avid hiker, canvas painter, traveler, and tennis player. She finds inspiration in the simple pleasures of reading fiction, exploring museums, and spending time with friends.
This summer, Thira will be working at Lvl Up, where she is excited to gain hands-on experience in early-stage investing and deepen her understanding of how capital can drive innovation and growth. She is especially looking forward to living in New York City and embracing all the opportunities, energy, and connections the city has to offer. After college, Thira aspires to work in sectors that aim to support investments in equitable economic outcomes.
Daniel is a rising 4th-year student at the University of Virginia studying Foreign Affairs with a minor in Business. He is currently an Associate at LvlUp Ventures, where he supports sourcing, due diligence, and founder engagement across early-stage investments.
Daniel brings a diverse background in sports marketing, brand partnerships, and event strategy, having previously worked at Radegen Sports Management and within UVA Athletics. His experience leading sponsorship activations and building relationships between athletes and brands has shaped his interest in venture capital—particularly in supporting early-stage startups across consumer, tech, and sports sectors.
Daniil is a 4th-year Business Management student at California State University,
Fullerton, and currently serves as an Associate Intern at LvlUp Ventures. He has
developed a passion for venture capital and startup ecosystems, where he focuses on
supporting early-stage industry-changing founders and startups to help them scale
through strategic business consulting, innovation, and value-add initiatives. With a
strong background in real estate development and development, he has gained hands-
on experience through active networking with industry leaders and forerunners, building
a comprehensive understanding of the industries he engages with.
He currently serves leadership roles on the board of directors for both the CSUF Real
Estate Association and CSUF Titan Ventures, and is an active member of NAIOP SoCal
(National Association of Industrial and Office Parks).
