The product is not coaching, not a wellness app, and not an HR survey tool — it is the measurement layer that none of those categories have ever built to measure brain capital. WHO WE SELL TO: Senior leaders and founders, initially as individuals, with a clear path to enterprise. This generates commitment, cleaner data, and a referral-ready cohort. Enterprise adoption (CHRO-funded team seats) follows individual adoption, not the other way around. Leaders who pay complete the 90-day program at 3× the rate of free access. Enterprise seat bundles follow at scale, CHRO-funded. 4) From Year 2, also anonymized benchmark data licensing to HR analytics firms and research institutions becomes a separate line. THE CORE INSIGHT: The product is the entry point. The data is the business.
