At BRI Health we are aiming to sell our proprietary agentic software–Briage, a physician-governed AI clinical engine that collapses the standard multi-visit diagnostic workup into a single "Golden Delivery" event, getting patients to treatment faster while keeping every encounter clinician-accountable and reimbursement-aligned. First, platform licensing: we license Briage to healthcare payers and providers — initially Israeli Kupot Holim and private payers, then U.S. health systems and design partners under the CDS carve-out, who pay recurring fees to run intake, primary-care acceleration, and specialist directives through our software. Second, consumer subscription: patients pay for direct access to Briage-powered care and, over time, our home-vitals hardware (BRI Band). Third, de-identified data licensing: the structured clinical data our platform generates is licensed to research and life-sciences partners.
BRI Health is physician-governed clinical infrastructure powered by Briage, our AI engine that collapses the standard four-visit diagnostic workup into a single "Golden Delivery" event, bringing an end to the waiting room.
