EleganC Bio creates value by discovering and validating bioactive botanical and protein assets, then licensing that IP to manufacturers and brands rather than selling products directly. We develop assets internally, such as EB-001, our first botanical product moving toward provisional patent filing, and we co-develop assets with partners who bring existing formulations or specific target molecules, such as our protein expression work with a major animal health company on a companion animal protein target. Licensing can occur either before or after IND filing depending on the asset and partner, giving us flexibility to capture value earlier through option or co-development agreements or later through royalty-bearing licenses once a candidate has cleared additional validation. This model lets us monetize both our discovery capability and the resulting IP, while keeping our core screening and AI infrastructure as a proprietary, non-licensed competitive advantage.

EleganC Bio de-risks natural product development. Our AI engine prioritizes the most promising botanical candidates, then our C. elegans screening platform rapidly validates which fractions are actually bioactive, turning traditional herbal knowledge into patentable, data-backed IP.
