We run a two-part business with one economic loop. First, we publish and sell tabletop RPGs—both original and licensed Hollywood IP—which generate immediate revenue and efficiently acquire users. Those players are then funneled into Sidekick, our SaaS platform that provides the tools required to play online: digital rulebooks, character management, game discovery, and session tools. Sidekick is sold as a recurring subscription. On top of that platform, we operate a marketplace where creators and third-party publishers sell content built on our system, and we take a percentage of every transaction. In short: content sales drive acquisition, subscriptions create recurring revenue, and the marketplace scales monetization. Each layer reinforces the others, producing a capital-efficient, software-led business with expanding margins over time.
