What we sell. Subscription software for field sales agents. Who we sell to. Two buyers. The individual commission-only agent selling card payment terminals door to door, who buys a single seat on their own card with no procurement and no IT. And the ISOs, resellers and payment providers who run fleets of 5 to 500 of those agents and buy for the whole team at once. Payments is the beachhead; the same engine runs unchanged in energy, telecoms and B2B services, where the job is identical. The value we create. An agent's income depends on being at the right door in the few weeks before a merchant's contract with a competitor expires. Nobody tracks those dates, so agents work blind and lose deals to timing rather than to price. We hold the dates, surface them on the map, draft the outreach and route the day. For a fleet, that is more conversions from the same headcount without hiring. Monthly recurring subscription, card payment, no contract, cancel any time. Our cost to serve an active agent is a few pounds a month of mapping and AI calls, so gross margin stays high at a low price. Where we are. 19 agents onboarded in the first ten days of outreach and 15 came back, on free early access while we finish the build. Five white-label pilots are in conversation. Early access converts to paid on 01/10/2026.

FieldSpot maps a field sales agent's territory and lights up every shop whose contract with a competitor is about to expire, so they knock in the week the deal is decided. Built by a working card payments agent. 19 agents in 10 days, 15 came back.
