Ge-on gives every creator an AI co-founder that helps them build businesses and make money. It replaces the 6-8 disconnected tools creators currently juggle with a single intelligent system that operates, builds, and grows alongside them. What we sell: An AI co-founder for creators, delivered through subscription tiers (Starter at $49/mo, Growth at $99/mo, Pro at $199/mo, and custom Pro+). The AI learns each creator's voice, manages their community, builds micro-apps and dashboards, deploys content across platforms, and operates with increasing autonomy. All of this runs on an owned community platform where the creator controls their audience, data, and monetization. Who we sell to: Mid-tier creators with 10K-500K+ followers who are earning revenue but stuck spending 55+ hours/week on operational work. Our initial target is the 2 million creators who have built real audiences but lack the tools and team to scale their businesses and grow their income. How revenue comes in: - Primary (Subscriptions): Recurring monthly revenue across tiered plans, with a blended ARPU of $80/month (base case). The Starter-to-Growth upsell is the primary expansion lever. - Secondary (Marketplace Revenue): Transaction-based fees on community commerce (5% take rate), an AI marketplace where creators share and monetize AI-built tools (15% take rate), and partnership facilitation (10% take rate). Unit economics target 74% gross margins at scale, with AI costs held to ~$7.50/month per user through a hybrid routing strategy that runs ~70% of inference on open-source models and ~30% on premium APIs.

AI co-founder for creators with custom owned communities and tools. Building a creator business is a two-person job done by one person. Every successful startup has co-founders who divide the work.
