Halite creates value by turning fragmented consumer preferences, purchases, routines and product outcomes into permissioned intelligence that improves e-commerce personalization. Consumers build portable profiles through Hallie, our free consumer app that brings a decentralized, Web3 ownership model to AI commerce where consumers control their identity, while brands and agents receive permissioned intelligence. We sell Halite Connect - an API, merchant plug-in and agentic dashboard to CPG merchants, retailers and AI shopping platforms. It helps merchants understand shoppers from their first interaction, deliver more relevant recommendations, learn which products work for different consumer profiles, build more precise customer segmentations and market more efficiently. We can also charge implementation fees, usage-based API fees as customers scale and affiliate marketing fees for brands to market on the Hallie app.

Halite gives e-commerce CPG merchants and AI shopping agents permissioned consumer context from the first interaction, enabling personalized commerce without requiring every business to rebuild the customer profile from scratch, while improving CX, marketing, retention and supply chain decisions.
