Hasab AI builds and owns proprietary voice AI models (ASR, TTS, and translation) which are purpose-built for African languages and dialects. We sell to enterprises in regulated sectors: banks, telcos, microfinance institutions, hospitals, and government. These are organizations running millions of customer interactions over voice, in Amharic, Oromoo, and Swahili, with no compliant AI solution available to them. Enterprise clients pay an annual platform fee for access to our voice agents and API, with volume-based pricing on top. Regulated institutions that cannot use cloud infrastructure pay a premium for sovereign on-premise deployment. Developers and smaller teams access the API on a pay-as-you-go basis per minute of audio processed. The model compounds: every enterprise deployment generates proprietary voice data that improves our models, which makes the next contract easier to win and harder for any competitor to replicate.
