What We Sell: We develop and own proprietary, patent-protected therapeutic assets - specifically, highly engineered iPSC-derived CAR-T and NK cell therapies for refractory solid tumors (such as our lead candidate, IMT-101). Who We Sell To: Large-cap biopharma companies (e.g., Gilead, BMS, Novartis) that are actively executing multi-billion-dollar M&A strategies but lack durable, multi-targeted solid tumor assets in their current pipelines. How Revenue Comes In: Our primary revenue model is driven by strategic out-licensing and co-development partnerships. These agreements generate non-dilutive capital through upfront licensing fees, clinical/regulatory milestone payments, and commercial royalties, ultimately driving toward a full-scale IPO/M&A exit post-Phase 1/2 surrogate data. Additionally, our VIVO-IQ AI engine provides a secondary, scalable revenue stream through potential platform-as-a-service (PaaS) partnerships, allowing other biotechs to pay for access to our in vivo prediction modeling.
