HOW WE MAKE MONEY We sell to operational and financial leaders at food manufacturers: COOs, plant managers, heads of operations and CFOs, not IT. Operate: an annual platform subscription per site. Expand: more AI agents, more lines, more sites. 3 pilots, 2 converting into paid pilots: one with a global top-five food company and one with one of Israel's largest food groups. The round takes us to 5 to 8 paying customers and our route into the US market. WHY WE STARTED Every food factory is already full of answers nobody hears. The ERP says 12 tonnes, the shelf says 9. The BI shows the line slowing and nobody acts. One in three inventory records is wrong, and plants hide it under 20-30% excess stock. The industry's answer has been another dashboard. Dashboards show the loss. Nobody acts on it. The best decisions still live in the heads of a few senior operators, and they walk out the door when those people leave. STRATEGY Wedge: production loss in food factories. It is measurable, high value and has a clear ROI. Mana connects to what the plant already owns (machines, cameras, ERP, BI, QC) and adds the layer that notices, remembers and recommends, during the shift rather than at the end of the month. Integration is not the moat. Context is: 20+ years of food operating knowledge, captured from workflows public models have never seen. Each problem solved becomes a reusable playbook, so every new site makes the system smarter. Path: production loss, then more agents, then more sites, then more industries. TACTICS No ERP replacement, no IT project, no line shutdown. We start with one painful workflow, prove value within weeks, then expand as the customer pulls us further in. Example: at Meitav (part of Gan Shmuel Group), the procurement manager spent four to five hours a day across spreadsheets working out what was missing and what to order. With Mana she asks one question, Mana checks the files, gives the answer and drafts the supplier emails. Then she asked us for more. Pilots include a manufacturing expert reviewing material findings, seated on the customer's steering committee. TEAM AND BACKERS David Webb, Co-founder and CEO. Menachem Cowen, Co-founder and CTO. Delaware C-Corp, operating in the US. WHAT WE WANT FROM LVLUP More beta sites and design partners among food manufacturers, introductions through the Innovation Alliance to food and CPG corporates, and co-investment alongside our round.

Mana gives food factories a brain. We turn fragmented factory data and decades of operator knowledge into AI workflows that find where money is leaking, explain why and tell the right person what to do next. Every problem solved becomes a playbook the whole factory can reuse.
