What we sell: one SKU at launch, a resealable pouch of ten gummies with caffeine and L-theanine, around EUR 0.75 per gummy. Vegan, pectin based, doses printed on the pack. Who we sell to: people already paying for coffee or an energy can several times a week and wanting something they can carry. Students, shift workers, people training or working long hours. Poland first, then neighbouring EU markets. Retail and specialist channels follow once repeat purchase is proven, because listings are won with data rather than pitches. Repeat purchase is the model: a pouch is consumed over days, not months, so the economics depend on how often someone returns rather than on a single sale. Why the structure holds: manufacturing is outsourced to a certified EU plant, so we carry no fixed production cost and scale by run size instead of capex. One SKU and one mould keep setup cost, minimum order quantities and dead stock low, which is what usually kills young brands in this category.
One gummy, the caffeine of one espresso. Ten to a pouch that fits a pocket, carrying what five energy cans carry, without the water, the aluminium or the cold chain. Caffeine and L-theanine, vegan, made in a certified EU plant.
