Noderails operates as a B2B and B2C payments infrastructure platform. On the merchant side, we sell crypto payment processing, checkout infrastructure, payment links, subscriptions, recurring billing, APIs, and enterprise payment solutions to blockchain-native companies, AI products, SaaS businesses, startups, marketplaces, and other online merchants. We acquire customers through direct outreach on Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, B2B referrals, blockchain ecosystem referrals, partnerships, and targeted digital marketing campaigns. Revenue comes from payment processing fees, subscription plans, enterprise contracts, crypto-to-bank payout fees, swap fees, premium platform features, and settlement infrastructure services. We are also building a stablecoin settlement layer that will create additional revenue opportunities over time. On the consumer side, we are building WallCard, a wallet and card infrastructure that makes crypto easier to use. Our growing token community helps drive awareness and adoption of consumer-facing products. Revenue will come from card network fees, banking platform fees, premium features, loyalty programs, and other financial services built on top of the platform. Our goal is to become the infrastructure layer powering crypto-native commerce by serving both merchants and consumers through a unified payments ecosystem.
