PharmaLoop operates as a multi-sided healthcare infrastructure platform connecting patients, verified pharmacies and HMOs through a single digital layer. For patients, PharmaLoop makes it easier to discover medicines, identify nearby verified pharmacies with availability, communicate with pharmacists and access medicine-related services through WhatsApp. For pharmacies, PharmaLoop provides digital storefronts, inventory visibility, customer discovery and tools to manage their presence within a connected pharmacy network. For HMOs, PharmaLoop provides a digital layer for medicine access and benefit management, enabling members to find participating pharmacies and access covered medicines while giving HMOs greater visibility and control over medicine-related utilization. HMOs generate value through improved member experience, network visibility and potentially better utilization management, while PharmaLoop earns through HMO integration, member access, benefit-management services and enterprise contracts. Over time, PharmaLoop will also monetize the aggregated, privacy-preserving intelligence generated across the network through enterprise analytics and data services, subject to applicable regulatory and data-protection requirements.
