Fuzzy runs a dual-sided model B2B distribution that generates B2C demand. The B2B side is where we start. We license Fuzzy Verify as a trust layer to institutions that already have an identity problem on their hands: higher education (FAFSA fraud, AI-generated submissions), sports and NIL platforms (athlete impersonation), enterprise hiring (deepfake candidates, DPRK infiltration), and financial services (synthetic identity, account fraud). Partners pay per-seat or via API and deploy Fuzzy as a requirement, or strong incentive, for their users. Here's the thing most people miss: legacy identity verification companies like Persona, Onfido, and Incode solve a real problem, but they solve it once, for the enterprise, and the user never sees the value again. Every new platform, same friction. Same re-verification. The credential lives with the company, not the person. It's a cost center, not an asset. Fuzzy isn't reinventing the identity verification wheel. We have an MSA with Incode (SOC 2, FedRAMP, HIPAA compliant) so the verification infrastructure is already best-in-class. What we've done is mitigate the need for heavy B2B infrastructure build-outs by allowing the person to carry the credential. Verify once, carry it everywhere. The credential belongs to the human, not the institution. That's a fundamentally different category: not verification, but a credential layer. And that distinction is protected. We hold an allowed U.S. patent covering our core deception-detection and authenticity methods. That's also how distribution works. Every institution that requires a Fuzzy badge puts verified credentials in front of their entire user base. Students, athletes, candidates, customers. Those users carry their badge to the next platform. And that's the flywheel, enterprise adoption drives consumer credential creation, and a growing pool of verified humans makes Fuzzy more valuable to the next partner that comes on. The network effect is real and it compounds. On the B2C side, individuals subscribe directly. Portable Fuzzy Verify badge, Watchdog monitoring, protection for their name, image, and likeness across the internet. Where we are today: Fuzzy Verify went live on the Apple App Store in May 2026. We have an active pilot with Barry University and conversations moving across the community college sector. Highest priority targets include College of Southern Nevada, Foothill-De Anza, and LA Community College District. In sports, we're already working with MLB players and meeting with the MLBPA this Tuesday to expand to 300 athletes, with a B2C upsell model in development for that vertical specifically. One credential. Everywhere trust matters. Every verified human makes the network stronger. ....... Please note the detail around the ask: We are raising $500,000 on a SAFE, with a target close in 18 days. Will accept up to $750,000 if oversubscribed. This bridge is designed to get us to the milestones that close a priced Seed round, targeted for September 2026.

Fuzzy is proof you're a unique human. Portable, verified, yours. One badge that travels with you everywhere trust matters. Watchdog monitors your name and image around the clock. Real identity infrastructure for an AI-flooded internet.
