SSMX operates a regulated sports fractional investment platform. We source licensed sports cards and memorabilia, build them into diversified portfolios around individual athletes, and sell shares in those portfolios through SEC-qualified Reg A offerings. Every asset is held in secure, insured storage. Once shares are sold, they trade on our platform through licensed venue partners, so fans can buy and sell positions just like stocks. We make money on activity, not on the assets. Cards and memorabilia enter portfolios at documented cost with no markup, so an investor's starting NAV reflects what was actually paid for the assets, unlike earlier fractional platforms that marked assets up at offering. Our customers are the tens of millions of sports fans already spending real money on their fandom. Some of it goes to sportsbooks, where the money is simply gone at the final whistle. Some goes to card breaks and collectibles, where fans end up owning real assets with no easy way to value or sell them. More than half of Gen Z investors moved investing money into sports betting last year. SSMX gives that same fan a way to put money behind the athletes they believe in and actually own something that can appreciate and be sold. We launch with NFL and NBA portfolios alongside baseball icons like Ohtani and Judge, then expand athlete by athlete from there. The same machine eventually extends beyond sports entirely, starting with trading card game portfolios for Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, and One Piece. Imagine owning shares of Pikachu or Charizard. The model then reaches card and comic portfolios for Spider-Man, Superman, and Star Wars. A stock market for fandom.

The stock market for sports. SSMX lets fans buy regulated shares of player portfolios backed by vaulted cards and memorabilia. Real ownership that trades when sports happen, including weekends. Reg A filing this fall, launch for the 2027 NFL season. First market of its kind.
