TalentYield sells a subscription-based, AI-powered talent-diagnostics platform, not a consulting engagement. Enterprises get recurring access to two things: Engine 1, which maps their actual workforce skills against Tier-1-grade taxonomies and returns a precise, per-employee training gap plus the shortest, lowest-cost pathway to close it; and Engine 2, a premium layer that extracts observable performance patterns from top performers in specialized roles to build hiring and development blueprints. The product is the diagnosis-plus-prescription itself, delivered as software - that's the whole point of the raise, since today it's still delivered by hand. We sell to mid-to-large enterprises (roughly 500+ employees) in Indonesia and Southeast Asia with formal L&D budgets. HR/L&D leaders are the primary users; CFOs and COOs are the actual budget approvers, which matters because the pitch is training-spend efficiency, not just employee development - that's who gets sold, not just who gets used. Initial focus is the verticals where the methodology is already validated - banking, aviation, hospitality, manufacturing, insurance - deliberately positioned below the Fortune-500 tier that Eightfold and Gloat compete for.

Enterprises waste an estimated 88% of training budgets on generic programs that never reach the job, and 40% of new hires in critical roles fail. The problem is data. The companies don't know where the skill gaps are. This box is a problem. write up even less then 100 words does not work.
