We are focusing on B2C fitness platform. The current market is too focused on B2B with trying to convince health insurance, coaches, and organizations early without customer validation making these apps seem like it is pushing technology users do not want. At TrackIT athletes we think the users should be pulling fitness technology before attempting B2B. Especially when 70% of gym goers are self taught, a fitness form app needs to be simple enough and desirable by athletes first. Business will want to partner later. We sell users' their motion confidence. No more will they need to guess on if they are doing something right, not be crippled with anxiety to try something new, or pay upfront for programs without statistical proof it will improve their goals. We plan to sell a certain amount of 3D analyses/month that allows the user to manipulate their motion in 3D space (for visual review) with the 3 AI recommended statistically greatest improvement areas to achieve their desired goal the most efficiently based on their unique body, experience, age, and other personal limiters. What this does is help hone in the user on what they truly should be researching in a coach, online, or learn personally in the hope that people continue to move and do the things they love or may love to do. Our platform is unique in that all platforms close to us are marketing to coaches not athletes directly, have limited 3D analysis with inaccurate 2D overlay stick figures that require perfect orthogonal viewing, multi camera setups, computers to run, or sensors that makes the setup cumbersome, and do not leverage the combined cohort of the system for what's working and what is not. We are developing the leanest workflow that can leverage previously recorded videos that all athletes have of their best and learning moments. Not only are we capturing 3D kinematics of the athlete, but we are attempting to capture the position, velocity, and acceleration of their equipment (bats, clubs, etc.) and any projectiles they may be launching (balls, pucks, etc.) to fully capture their motion context and derive the key metrics that will allow users to ask our AI to see key metrics for their specific motion. SO our users would help build the ideal review overview for every motion. Not just building to one sport motion at a time manually which is too slow and the current approach from others. Especially since we offer a certain amount of analysis free during our beta, we are hoping the competitive nature of student athletes kick in and spread the app across all levels to show how their movement outperforms their peers. We upcharge on advanced features like motion comparison where a user can overlay several motions on one to see the volumetric average of theirs or versus higher performing athletes to get greater context than the 3 AI insights. And we hope to eventually turn to acquiring a couple companies we are strategically looking into to use this beta and develop the final fitness ecosystem that will be able to use the motion building blocks we built to begin to rate actual coach and program effectiveness to finally showcase users the top performing programs and coaches to reach out to rather than gambling on success.
