I'm building vGrave because grief deserves a permanent home, not a feed that buries it in two days. That's what I sell: a dedicated remembrance platform where anyone gets a free memorial profile to start, and moves into paid tiers when they want more, unlimited storage, deeper customization, priority support, or institutional-grade features. I sell to bereaved families and friends first. That's the emotional core, and where trust gets built. From there, I extend to grief support groups and educational institutions, funeral homes, hospitals, and corporate entities, researchers who need anonymized grief and mortality data, and government and public health agencies tracking those trends. I'm launching first in the USA, Canada, and Europe, markets that are digitally native and comfortable with digital legacy preservation. Subscription and freemium upgrades from individuals and institutions are the base. Partnerships with memorial service providers earn commission on virtual flowers and commemorative products. Data insights let me license anonymized trends to healthcare researchers and public health agencies. Merchandise adds an eCommerce layer for memorial items and virtual gifts. Consultancy lets me build tailored memorial solutions for institutions that need something custom. I don't capture value from one thin wedge. I capture it across the full lifecycle of remembrance, from the individual family to the institution to the researcher, so the platform monetizes at every layer, not just the moment of loss.
