Voco builds Aiployees, named AI workers scoped to specific jobs in regulated industries. We are AI-Native B2B (AN-B2B), a category distinct from B2B SaaS. Traditional B2B sells tools that make humans more productive. AN-B2B sells AI workers that perform the labor humans would otherwise do. We are priced like staffing (per outcome, per shift, per hire), not like software (per seat, per feature). The wedge market is independent Property and Casualty insurance agencies in the United States. The disease we solve is the human-capacity gap: the conversations agencies cannot afford to staff humans on. Three symptoms roll up to one disease. First, dead-lead backlog. Every agency carries 5,000 to 50,000 aged leads from SmartFinancial, EverQuote, QuoteWizard, and similar aggregators, paid for once, called once, abandoned. Second, call-off coverage gaps. Four to ten business days per month lost to producer or CSR absence. Third, after-hours quote leakage. Calls after 5pm and weekends go to voicemail and get picked off by whichever competitor calls back first. Layered on all three: roughly 30 to 40 percent of leads in Arizona, Texas, Florida, California, Nevada, and New Mexico are Spanish-primary, and the agency has no Spanish-capable producer. Sarah, our first Aiployee, covers the gap. Bilingual by default. Compliance-logged on every call. Billed only when a bound policy results. Growth tier: base subscription plus per-minute plus outcome fee. Built on ElevenLabs (voice), Claude Sonnet 4.6 (reasoning), and Twilio (telephony). Three-layer per-agency memory means every Aiployee structurally improves the longer it works for a given customer. That is the moat. We call this a Minimum Evolveable Product, not a Minimum Viable Product, because every customer interaction compounds tacit knowledge. Bootstrapped. First verbal pilot closed with Ideal Insurance (Glendale, AZ). Next three to five paying pilots being self-sourced by the Aiployees themselves: Sarah dials Sarah.

Voco is the first AI-Native Staffing Company. We build Aiployees, named AI workers that cover the human-capacity gap at regulated businesses. Our first Aiployee, Sarah, dials dead insurance leads bilingually (EN+ES) for independent P&C agencies.
