Rolling out three flagship flavors — Guava, Yuzu-Lime, and Kiwi Strawberry — SPADE is bringing its zero sugar, zero calorie soda to a broader mainstream audience. The expansion reflects strong execution across velocity, brand positioning, and retail readiness.
What stands out is the progression. The team established proof of concept in Natural, scaled into Conventional grocery, and is now successfully making the jump into Mass. Each phase has been intentional — validating demand, strengthening operations, and building the infrastructure required to support larger retail partners.
